VBAC

VBAC means a process of delivering the baby vaginally where one had a previous birth by cesarean section. Women prefer this to have a natural birth experience and to avoid other risks and longer recoveries associated with repeated cesarean surgeries. VBAC will be safe for many women if certain conditions are observed: the type of uterine incision from the prior cesarean, with no contraindications like certain medical or other complications. If appropriate medical support and monitoring are in place, a VBAC can be both successful and empowering for those desiring it.
