INTRAUTERINE INSEMINATION (IUI)

IUI is one of the assisted reproductive techniques in which the sperm is directly injected into a woman's uterus at the time of ovulation in order to make the likelihood of conception better. Sperm preparation is done upon the quality of the sperm to improve and then it is put into the uterine cavity with the help of a catheter. This is recommended in couples who have unexplained infertility, mild male factor infertility, or even cervical problems.
